50% takes away the desire to steal them. Now, if you make the cost of running them 50% too, I might reconsider.

Note: Planets can only match 1/2 of your natural att/cov/def scores. So if you had strike action of 1,000,000 - and 2 attack planets that contribute 1,000,000 each - your strike would be 1,000,000 + 2 x 500,000 or 2,000,000 (not 3,000,000 since your natural strike was 1,000,000 so the planets can only add 1/2 that much, times the number of attack planets you have).

thats from the planet summary page,
the way this is worded i would assume that it meant, that if you have 3bil strike and 2 att planets one with 1bil and the other with 2 bil that you would have 3bil+1bil+1.5bil= 5.5bil because the planets match 1/2 the natural strength of 3bil which is why the secone planet only gives you 1.5 instead of 2bil
yes or no?

edit; so im not sure if this is the case but if it isnt then the explaination should be ammended

Well for what it costs to build them and the fact that they are supposed to be rare ressources, 50% is beginning to be pretty low.. Many people invested hundreds of billions back when there was no power limit, they could speak to you a hundred time over how 50% of your power is low for such a costly thing ;)

they shouldn't have tied to exploit the game. It was pretty obvious from the beginning that planets were not supposed to be THAT powerful... anyone with half of a brain new the update was coming

Back to natural power? Yes...
50%... *looks around* Mate, I think you are a bit lost. 100% is fine.
50% isn't worth it anymore. Or you want to suggest to have the MS-power drop to 50%, too?

50% is still far to much. we need to make planets like the one I found that don;t do anything. that's right, under planet attributes it should just say "none" afterall earth doesn;t get better attack power bevause of mars. or better unit production because of venus, why should we in the game?

:? Please read the 'Game update' section once again... BTW, this is still a game. If Forum wishes to, he could implent the most unreal ideas. So why ALWAYS compare it to RL? :?
The 'Game update' section said that it was because of taking advantage of the beings living on those planets. They are each skilled in different ways. Enough?
