O.K. I missed the point maybe.
It states that the MS engage for Attack and Raid.

I take it that this also includes Conquest Missions
Anyone attacked a Planet with their MS with a defending MS in orbit yet?

Sorry if this question has been answered already but I am gettiong old

MS's do not engage in a planet conquest... the outcome of a planet conquest is the attacking persons fleets V's the defending persons planetary defence. At the moment the actual MS's themselves take no part in Planet Conquest Missions.

so even if your ms is double his and your fleets are double too
the player can take your planet ??

wheres the logic in that ?

If their fleet power beats your planets def, they take your planet... doesn't matter if your mothership is rank 1! That's the way the game is currently designed! Not everything in the game has to be true as it would be in reality! That's where the logic in that!

that is so stupid. almost all the planets out there are "above average" so it cost like 5bil just to buy a decent defence, and even that wont hold up to anyone above rank 1000. and if the planet gets taken by like a rank 500 guy, you lose your 5+ bil investment (plus what u put into the planets productivity) so unless u have a ton of officers or an uber (10k+) upd, u cant possibly have enough to defend more then one planet for long.
