with my first ascension i had 6.6mill life force... so I did pretty well and got a nice high consitution charisma thingy... up to 40... (as well as lots on other stats...) so you could easily make it up to 70 or so as well as good other stats

since I am going to ascend at the end of the month with more than 500k APs, I'll share my own strategy with you:
don't spend it. not a bit of it. Keep boosting your stats with DMU.
what do you do with it? simple. Keep it in APs. then, when some **Filtered** decides it is time to descend you... surprise !
seriously, there's no way anybody's *ever* going to descend someone with 15 freaking million life force.

mate seriosly put it all into charisma, charsima, charisma thats all u need cos with a better up u cn grow alot faster in physical which is good also meaning u can convert alot more which is the best way to do it
so in concluson all inot charisma

I just spent 28,000,000 life force all on Charisma and i can tell you its well worth it

(I'll be ascending to LG+1 in a couple of months, I'll have about 18-20million APP to spend, I'm thinking of doing the same (could ascend now with just under 19million, if I wanted a hard time building up again

probably about 284. and a half... but thats only if you don't have a GF(or boyfriend, depending) to comfort you.
