I love this idea and hope its goes ahead.
This means:
People cant complain about being ganged up on;
More fairer;
Makes the game more interesting.

Good thinking but you just know there are friends that are gonna declare war on each other just to stop themselves from getting farmed.

well they could put a history in like alliances wars which ever one has access to
