alot of ascended people drop back to rank 5000 anyways because rank really means nothing.

well its lowered already due to the fact that over 10k inactive players have been culled so its dropped from top 1200 to 1000 again therefor lowering the G&R range, you may ask how i know this, well i was sitting happily getting G&R at 1200 and then it stopped so ive had to raise my rank,
