i dont know what everyone after the first post is goign on abotu ... but a second u.p , but givign lifers instead of uu , i like it, itll make gaining uu once you hit the caps just that little bit easier, and also is another good way for the little ones to grow.. and grow safely , no need ot leave out uu , doesnt get lost in asc's/

Arrrggghh!
The point being - why? It is all well and good saying - because it makes it easy for the 'little ones' - but why should it be made easier? Why shouldn't it be the same as for everyone else?

Wat? I'ts easier for big ones. Simply because they can 1. Buy full mt's 2. Buy others mt's 3. Use the market to mass purchase. Dont go telling me how making it easier for smaller people is bad chances are they probly wont ever catch up, but this helps them a bit. I dont know 1 single person that relies on getting UU from his up anyway (under the UU limit).

lifer up wouldnt make it easier for newer players, bigger players would has it easier.
it would mean within a week a player with around 10mil miners could afford to have a 21k lifer up(based on up prices) therefore meaning his lifers go up almost 150k a week, not to mention after a month hed have about 50kup lifers a day, who benefits now?
wait what am i say lol bring this is i woulnt mind making 100k+uu a day combined

Well why dont they do that with the UP then? Ask youreself that and you'll find the answer, and I was explained to by a friend with alot of UU why it wouldnt benefit bigger players as much.

this idea has both good and bad points...
if the 'lifer production' was a % of the UP, one could think that it would reduce the total UP, but it should instead be additional, and have a max limit of, say 10k per day... as that wouldn't make it too powerful, and perhaps it should not be able to be more than 50% of the UP, as it would be obvious that a player who gains more lifers than UU, is not trying to play to win...
it would be more useful for both weaker and stronger if all players gains some small amount of lifers each turn, as then the income would always increase, even if only marginally... weaker players would grow faster, and stronger players would have something more to spend naq on, and would be able to more easily go past that 50 mill point...
