If you are your own commander you get 20% more up then your base.

AA why woould i go against you know who lol. Got friends in there so I try and stay away from that front.
Ra you owe me 2.6billion naq. lol.
I got some old scores to settle anyway when im done building and it has nothing to do with "you know who" lol
And about the own commander thing
if you are your own commander you get 20% more up then base
If you have no commander you get 10% to UP and 10% naq increase
If you have a commander you get whatever % naq he gives you and you give him a % of your Total UP.
