then it gets fun, itd be like trying to push back the ori and if we can kill ai accounts then we could eventually win.

perhaps they could be scripted to, if they loose: all MS weapons, shields, fleets, attack weapons/soldiers, and Defense weapons/soldiers; that AI player will dissapear/die?

Change that to:
- 90/95% of the MS weapons&shields (at a certain point, they can't be destroyed anymore)
- 98% of the attack weapons (all is almost impossible)
- All the fleets
- All the defense soldiers&weapons

Otherwise you are going to spend over 20k of turns I guess to kill it.

not if everyone was fighting them.
plus depending on your stats you could take out defence and covert with much less.

the part we suggested with all things, was not taking into account the fact that it is so hard to destroy all attack things...


and one option with all something being destroyed, would be to have AI players with special developments

like:
1. only MS (all three things on it), Covert and/or Defense... (i.e. MS and covert - or - MS and Defense - or - all three...)
2. attack, defense and covert/anticovert, no MS
3. attack, covert, little else

i don't know if this has been suggested yet i haven't read the entire subject but couldn't the AI player be ori.

just asking bout AI race...

why not Asuran? the Ori are acsended beings, a little hard to destroy.
asuran are Human Form Replicator like mashines, but not with blocks, they're nano-bots.

the way to destroy an AI acc is getting a superweapon, capable of destroying these players, would be made from 4 pieces, for every race (normal and acsended together) 1

when the pieces would be created, the super-weapon can destroy these acc. how much acc would be destroyed, depends of the power of super-weapon, the time that the weapon has been charging and the amount of resources (uu, naq, turns) deposited in there.

the superweapon thing sounds extremely difficult to code... and the race needs to be some race not used completly or partially in the game, so both ori and asurans are ruled out there; as asurans are for all purposes human form replicators, and the ori is ascended race...

as most of the races that are named in the show are either in use or don't fit into this game well, the best thing would perhaps be to not have one of the named races... perhaps instead use one of the unnamed races...

How about the race that tried to make the humans on earth impetent where it counts lol... Can't remember their name. They flew round in "Harvesters". Maybe these guys could be the Attackers?

they were the aschen, and they were given the gate address to a black hole, so they cant be used... besides, they were for the most part humans... it would be better if the AI race be some alien race not related directly to any of the ingame races...
