in the stargate universe ascended should be stronger. in a rpg game there a thing called balance so the unascended should get perks to balance it out. 30% extra is a bit too much too. ascention isnt for everybody, some dont have time to spare for it, why get left in the dust then?
who needs submarines anyway, those little black boats just keep sinking under the water anyway.
