we think the terraforming might be possible...
perhaps it should have a chance to:
- fail (not do anything)
- go completely wrong (fail and weaken original production)
- be hyper-successful (make a double planet)
- normal change (simply changes, no great change in production)
- fail partially (production goes down, but changes)
- be extra successful (change, and increase production)
note: when we say "production", we mean the equivalent naq needed to get production to that level, so if the naq used to get a naq planet to 480 mill per day is something like 50 billion, then if it is plain successful change into defense planet, the defense that planet gives is equal to that 50 billion worth of facilities gives...
