Sighs..
This still isnt sorted a month later.. At least lee isnt bothering me anymore about it..
Now its everyone else haha
Seriously I do work in an internet cafe.. lee is a customer in the internet cafe.. He saw the game and joined up as lee_arama then when austin (old kull warrior) was changing his account lee said yeah i will go from a 100K n00b to a 1.5 million army size n00b...
Can someone please sort this out please please I know he has emailed a few times..
Check his login times he is on when I am home he is always on from the one location.. If hes a multi I am a millionare..

Surely this falls under the scenario of not being important enough for admin to bother about....I mean I e-mailed admin about 3 weeks ago regarding me changing my account and having the IP ban lifted from the other accounts but I have not had a response.....now I know admin is a busy man and I know my little problem is only a minor inconvenience to me however its pretty bad form when people following the rules are punished and then ignored when trying to rectify it.
I know Psi has the capability to reach Jason when necessary and I reckon if this has been going on a month and there has been no response to the thread then he should use this capability to raise the complaint to the man in charge.
I work partly in customer service and I know fine when customer service is bad and I gotta tell ya this is shabby at best, you have official communications channels which are ignored and are no longer meeting their published service levels so its time something was done to resolve all these threads that pop up with people complaining that nothing is being done when they e-mail in.
Now that said I know the e-mails are getting read because Tok'Ra's email about Psi's alleged multi accounting was responded to swiftly, so what conclusion does that lead you to, that they are choosing to ignore certain e-mails.
