I think that it would be a bad idea because the planets that do get taken by thieves would just be protected, and thus impossible to take back. Bad idea.

would be gd to have something which meant ppl got to have one protected planet
though as always the multis would no doubt abuse it

I like the idea with the protected planet gets a reduction in its production stat. And make the production more expensive to upgrade. One other thing iz that said protected planet cant get bigger i.e. Tiny to small to big to huge and so on.

well instead of having a planet shield or cloak. Have two unconcerabl planets both similar to the one you currently have. Your homeworld is where you build weapons ect. ect. and your second planet could be similar to the tech part of chaos, by this i mean that you buy defensive, attack, UP, covert/anti-covert facilities instead of the weapons on your homeworld. also these facilities can get destroyed the same way as your weapons get damaged.
