As sappy as it may sound, I think i'd pick one of the Roy/Riza fan art pics that float about based on FMA (:cough: the classic, tasteful ones :cough:). As for actual screen caps, Jin-Roh has excellent 1984ish Special-Operations character builds, which when added to the atmosphere create (imho) some very nice scenes.
