im here since b4 there were ingame alliances, or outside the game alliances, lol, it was nice to see them being created, although most of those old alliances are not here anymore (the TA is the exception ofc :-D)

anyone that started the game without ppt (it didnt existed back then) with only 1 uu, and 20k naq, now thats old skool :-D 8)

I see a few people with really early ID's, but that doesnt make them the old generation in my eyes, the people that have really helped out in the forums, and shows some classic fun ingame while helping the newbs are true old school to me.

I'm also amazed at how fast some people reach the top 10, wmd did that super fast if i read right a while ago, thats real old school stuff.

I first started playing in Feb. of 05 but did not really start playing seriously until March. I am just an old school noob, but I swear I was good at one point :P I have a bad habit of giving away nice accounts and starting over again

I remember when there where no miners, just uu for income. No supers, no ms, and spy level 15 being a real achievement. Such a long time ago.

I wasn't here when 400K was nice shot, but I remember being in the top 70 or so. 1 mil was big catch and my first CO congratulated me on it.

Didn't Elusive show some signs of life a bit time ago?

I say the people who sign up when the game want live are the first generation, second generation would be the one who join up about 6month after when most of the stuff was full up and running.

no, sry 6months after there wasnt still a market, nor ascension, there was bigger armies and income thats all, and quantum was starting its 2nd wave i think ;-)

the real change came after october 2005 more or less, when the market and ascension features apeared, that is the 2nd generation 8)

Theres plenty of ERA's in the game. IMO as the game gets older "Old school" will get further from the start of the game. I'd say old school now.. was like 2 or so months after the game started. Since its coming up to 2years. Attacking wasn't done very often back then!

Guess i joined before the end of the first quantum wave, but only for quantum, and dont know when it was:P lol
However i joined main and registered on this forum at september 2005, which is 9months after the game started....
