I really like the idea, but it would cost 8,333,083,335,000 naq
Maybe (if we do manage to do it) we should try to form a council to determine who we send the UU to. That way people can approach the council for help and they can decide who's helping.

Some short facts:
-STI is not simple a true legend, he is STI:)
-100k raw UP... some already have that high
-And frankly a newb with a newb account will never have the reputation and respect from the others to be able to make such a big plan true.

I don't think older members would benefit some random account.
Personally, I would help with that if that person, who would get it would be well respected and honourable player. Else... not really reason to help some 'random' that much. I mean, a bit of support to people is fine, but that would be too much.
Some things should be deserved.. either with their own work or with achievements in the community.
