UP planets are not worth the trouble imo,
better increase your UP then try put up a defence that can get massed away anyhew.

Well
now you need 25 tril defenses on your planets
and you might be safe
largest taken was 16 tril
So 25 should be safe for abit
Cost to do it? *Unknown*
Cost for the merlin
