change the raiding cap to say 5 mil total army size rather than 75mil thatll do it :-D

The funny part of this is this is what the older players asked for and all the n00bs cried and said it was a way to hurt them and keep them down.

It has come full circle now

PS I was not calling anyone here a n00b just stateing a fact.
