im assuming that u dont have officers and thats why u posted this cuase u want to cammand them lol but the game isnt like that i guesse

There comes a point where the relationship is way off balanced. I recently dismissed 10 long term good officers. I was paying them 1.2 bill naq a turn and only receiving 50K uu from them. The cost for me was growing to fast and the cost to raise their up while trying to ascend was to much for them to handle.

As for me, they helped me with situations more then I helped them. I used them to deal with lower leveled problems that would have been massive repair costs for me to deal with. I payed for thier repair and it was usually less the 1/2 what it would have cost me to deal with it. Plus multiple attackers seem to drive the point home alittle better.

I had the same problem had about 12 officers but was loosing close to 60 billion each day and only getting 50-55K uu in bonuses. once you factor in the cost of them asking you for naq, uu, turns, etc. it becomes a pain in the butt. you also get messages from people saying that one of my officers said if you don't give naq back CO will mass you. i don't remember giving them that authorization? so had to worn them then one did not listen and wanted larger bonus so had to mass him. not worth the headaches. problem is stronger you get gaining and keeping officer is not cost effective. you give to much in return for so little. at least officer gain naq and the UP the commander gets is nice but officers UP does not go down so they get the better deal so the thing up sh** does not follow uphile i think is a great thought!
