He means that your English obviously could be better understandable if you used a translator.

I'm not saying that anything is wrong with your English, and you are doing well. I am saying that it seems that English is not a first language for you, and thought that an online translator might have been of use to translate the SGW webpages.

This is common and I was suggesting that another player here who might speak your native language might be able to help explain things. I was offering to find someone. I was trying to find another avenue to help you out.

I needed to seek out help with a few posts that were here in another language.
