You'd lose them, unless they were lifers. And if I am not mistaken, miners (NOT lifers) do count towards both untrained and super units, but it's quite some time from my last ascension, so i might be mistaken.

Yes lifers is what I meant thanks for the info teal'auc. Makes up for the 400k spies you massed off me on my birthday awhile ago.
