Haha, I must admit that the part where Xerxes referred to himself as the "god of gods" did make me think of ETL.

US films are always a bit incorrect..but I woudlnt say incorrect - americanised...and yes there have been several disputes about the film from Iran, but thats politics and wth cares about politics? (well, I do, but not in connection with movies)

Great movie jsut saw it today was amazing and yes US movies are usually americanized so they are more entertaining if we want a true account of what actually happened we go to the library or watch the history channel.

man i have to say this is the BEST miovie I have ever seen
Its so good, im going to buy the DVD when it comes out..and thats saying something.. I havnt bought a DVD in like 5 years :p
like when I die,...i want to come back as a spartan :p
