When you say "interesting" Wes, do you mean it as far as a city goes? I have seen some of the architecture and it seemed like a once beautiful place. To have seen Persia and Babylon in all it's glory would have been incredible.

I didnt see too much of the civie side of Kuwait, what I saw was nice.

Dubai is nice, looks almost like america, pretty modern.

I couldn't resist this America is not modern by most european standards.

Your cars are not acceptable in europe because their fuel efficiency is too low and their exaust output is too high. American cars can't even be sold in China now.

Per person in America the ammount of green house gasses emmited is higher than any other place in the world.

With relation to Technology America is consistantly 5 to 10 years behind europe and asia. The mobile telephones used by most normal people in America are normally the ones that were abandoned by the Japaneese 5 years ago. You don't even have 3G technology.

On the other hand America does spend more on weapons technology than anyother country in the world. There is 1 gun for every 3 persons, gun crime is the highest in the world while social care is the lowest. As is evident in films made about the subject if you don't have money or "Enough" medical insurance you can basically die on the street.

The political process is run by big business and not by the people as is self evident in the last 2 elections you had for president.

Even the Irish group U2 attacked your presidents failure to help the people of new orleans (I hope I spelt it right).

Now back to Dubai. I have been there and can say without question that it is more technologically advanced per square mile (and cleaner) than any US city I have ever visited.

Farmed one of my officers then mentioned to me in IRC how they were such good farms I told him if I saw him there again I'd reset his account he told me to try, I told him I was at war and to give me a week and he said I had 10 minutes to build before I was massed so... I reset his account. Quite a nice story I think.
