the point is Stoney and co new that there was an issue with what they were doing and proceeded to use a flaw in the game instead of reporting it...
it is inturn abusing a bug..
ignorance is not an excuse....
and that goes for wither side...

try this, go and post a work that starts with f and end in ing, and do that alot, and the forum will selve mod it.
OH and don't forget to check with stoney, cause he has a set of logs too.

Can someone please point me in the direction of the list of rules about phasing? I read so much about them but I can't find them.
Therefore I cannot say if they were cheating or not.

I thought if you changed your realm alert while phased you can attack, maybe an update to the game, has made it that if your phased and change your realm alert it allows you to attack, but still doesn't unphase you until the turn.
Before anyone goes shouting cheat, maybe admin should go in and check this out, incase its an honest bug, reported or not.......

Indeed if u change ur realm alert, sometimes u can attack back..BUT others CAN also attack you, B/C ur realm alert is changed. But if someone can't attack u at all while u can attack them at whim, IT IS A BUG..and IT IS EXPLOITING.
To put it in simple terms, say I'm phased..and in nox..and I come out of nox which unphases me and I now can attack someone..IT ALSO means someone can attack me too, as I am NOT in nox anymore.
And for those who say, well they were changing between nox and not everytime they were attacking..so u couldn't attack back..ever heard of power massing?

Attack Limit 'Nox Insurance' Update
OK - In the ongoing saga of attack limits, the limit is now base of 140 attacks against. Sabotage does not count towards this limit, but it will stop incoming sabotage if you are at the max. Each turn, 3 attacks are removed. The delay based on defCon is still there - to a max of 7 seconds at critical.
Now -here is the real update:
You only get protection if you subscribe to "Nox Insurance". Everyone knows the Nox do not like war - so they are willing to protect you by phasing out your realm after so many attacks on you. They ONLY count attacks that are successful, and only while you are 'insured'. They will also not get in the way if you are at war with the attacker.
Insurance is 10% of your income, and -if you help defend with defCon rate - they will help you more by lowering the attacks against ceiling before phasing your realm. You DO earn naq/UU while phased, but cannot attack. Also - no glory is earned while being protected by the Nox - in fact it costs you 1 glory per turn to remain on Nox insurance. If you have no glory, it stays that way (does not go negative, and still allows the protection).
If you are not insured, there is no attack limit, and no time delay.

EXACTLY!! if you are PHASED, you CANNOT attack anyone! And the fact they willingly left out billions of naq for a long while means they knew they were exploiting something, because they knew no one could steal it!

im not here to blame anyone.. i just would like to know if admin has the game mod looking into this and will the public hear the truth when they know what the deal is?

well, i found another one 'expoiting this bug' like replijakey stated. Pcarmy from dde, i was massing him he phased and seconds later he had 600 bil out. if that isnt a coincidence

Did he continue to attack you while staying phased, if not, leave it out of this topic please.
