We want some freedom but with controle on abusive language and discrimination and foul language.
That sounds like a lot, but if you work in an office thats what you have there all day. If you serve customers in any way as your job its the same.
So some extra freedom for us to bond, but by all means come down or rude and abusive people like a tone of bricks.

i have my topic for general for monday already laid down.
