I had forgotten about the Rep unique tech...
(Just another sad reminder of my nano-ti status.)
Not that it was ever really valuable.... I think I once got 15 SS back.
Better than the Gouald UT - but the Asgaurd and Tauri had us beat in that department.
As for the actual stats - I think it activated 5% of the time first upgrade, and 10% next upgrade (or maybe it was 10-15%... two years have gone by quick lol).
