I suffered for it a lot on main. But I continued on. I built up UP because I couldn't farm or raid because I actually had a social life and work to tend to. Basically what you are trying to tell me is that, since I don't play the game like you do, that my way is not valid and shouldn't be rewarded. Your style of gaming is a valid one, but it is also fraught with peril for if you raid and farm enough, you are eventually going to come across someone who can destroy you. By NOT raiding and farming, I stayed off the radar of most people and was able to weather the times that I couldn't stay off the radar. My point is: farming and raiding only work while you are online; UP works 24/7 and so does income. Same goes for ascension, only moreso because you have a limited number of turns.

You really have to read what im saying and save me from responding to the same thing over and over.....
Im only saying that at this time your account grows harder then people making ascensions, and thats very wrong......

The thing to grow in asc should be doing large ascensions in main but if your income supplies everything i would do back in just a couple days then where is the point?

And you really should refrain from insulting people im not insulted by your little story but i can expect some that will be.....
Yes you just waited for your income you didnt actually played the game.....you just waited nothing more.......
Thats why it took so long not because it was so difficult .....

But i have to agree you have sacrificed alot not only alot of resources but also alot of power in the early days i mean you were no LG while everyone else was and you chose the long way......
But let me ask you this....

Why dont i deserve the chance [or any player that would start SGW right now] to have the same chances as you did?
So in other words doing the same ascensions as you did and have a nice account in ascension?

Its because ascension is not balanced and i dont blame you for that! but i would like to see it changed....
Now you can say try to make suggestions instead of whining but i think the only ones that can make real good suggestions are the one on top. Now they are the ones who know how they can be slowed down while others have a fair chance to catch up.......
Asking for ASC to Main transfers isnt a solution you would just gain more power in both....

You cant expect to get pwoerfull JUST with ascensions. Mojo got in there first now he has the advantage, YOU can still catch anyone from ranked 15 influence and beforehand.

Same thing hapopened with JUAN in main he was miles in front, if it wasnt for the UU cap's and when some of his UU got removed he would of been invincible, he was for a long time, and nobody could have touched him.

Hell I remember when I had a ranked3 strike at 110bil and even then juans defense was well over 1tril

I dont get on what part you are disagreeing?
I never said i want a fast catch up......i just want the same chances .......i have zero interest in catching up with the top 15 because it wouldnt mean a things my lvls would be very good but i would still get pawned by the ones above and then raided......

At this time i would never catch up in time and i know what you think as my upgrades are cheaper the gap keeps getting smaller.......but theres 1 big difference i will get raided and planets income is vital to catch up eventually im just dissapointed that ascensions dont matter as much anymore .....

it still wouldn't helped because the situation that is in ascencion now is the same as it was a year ago.
no one outside cop had a chance of progressing because they got raided regularly.
no matter how big your defence/covert or assasin was. someone always came and took your planets
either you got raided because your defence was deemed "too low" or you had a decent def, but you got raided just once and you took a month or more to rebuild again to your former strength

so even if you got that charisma or production to level 80+ and higher with uber ascencions you would have never gotten past a few mil planets in size cos you got kept getting raided.

Mojo Rising and GenLucky built their ascended accounts long before the CoP existed and long before Dirty Dozen joined the Grand Alliance. Don't give me the "you're only good because of CoP" bullcrap again.

I think that admin is trying to put some good stops in place to stop that. Specifically for players like you.

I will agree that I think ascensions need to matter more. I did a million APP ascension a few weeks back and honestly, it didn't do much. Infact, it is less than 4 days income for me now. I'm honestly not sure what ascending is worth for me now.

So Raven, if you were so worried about my not playing the game right and just "waiting for the money" why didn't you come take the money away from me? Now that it is too late, you are just massing my account because why? Like I said before, I couldn't devote the time to the game that some of you can. So I had to adjust my playing style.

Now in ascension, I have to buy the SW every eight or nine days and sacrifice a good deal of resources to insure that I don't get hit with what is an absolutely broken weapon. I am also insuring that no one else gets hit with it outside of our alliance and am slowing down my growth in ascension in the process.

You had the same chances as me and you squandered them. You admitted to me that you ascended six times in a month. How is that giving ascension a chance? You ascended for the bonuses in main, pure and simple. I cannot help it that you took a six month break from the game. I cannot help it that it takes no skill to build an account now. Forgive me for being "Old School" and remembering the time BEFORE miners and raiding and ascension. The only way to build an army back then was to raise your UP. UP was (and, IMHO, still is) king in this game.

As for insulting people, I don't know what you are talking about. People who play this game for 20 hours a day, either have no need for sleep, or they have no social life. Since I know for a fact that the human body needs sleep on a regular basis to survive, I make the logical conclusion that they have no job (or one at which they don't have to work) and that they have no social life. It's not intended as an insult. It is intended as a statement of fact. I have a social life, thus I want my account to be able to survive the fact that I have a social life.
