The TA formally concurs that the CIA movement is complete since our main goal has been reached.
The TA should not be considered a member of the CIA in the coming future since the CIA will be no more with the disbanding of the COP.

I enjoyed this war, was the biggest and best war I was ever in. I'd like to thank every one in this war. You were great allies & enemies, you were mostly all fair. I'd like to salute you for that.
I'd like to thank all alliances from CIA, you are great guys/gals to fight along. Even tho we have been enemies in past, we have united and became friends. The name might be gone, the status might change, but relations we made among ourselfs and massings we done, fun we had, will never be forgotten.
I'd like to thank all alliances from CoP, you were great enemies, great massers. We were fighting against each other, but we still were friendly enough to tell each other jokes about, don't know, units we stole from each other, naq we stole, we congradulated each other for good massings, etc etc. You were great enemies, one of the best a man could have.
It's not about who won or lost, it's about friendships we made and changing stuff for a better envrotiment (or however you spell it lol) that would benfit all.
Once again, thanks CIA for being my third home for last few months, thanks CoP for being our evil neighburs 
I'm proud that I was fighting with & against you, both sides!
If any new super alliance is created and becomes a threat to the game and CIA will be recreated, don't forget about me
EDIT: I also wish quick rebuilding and that past vendettas or vendettas from this war remain past. Let this be new begining of everything.

I just want people to now realise that they cant get away with not having a defence... for the past 2 months I've had to avoid people with 3-4bill out and 0 or less than 5 bill defence...
it cannot carry on any longer

Be4 this gets spamed up, the leadership of TL has asked me to put this words here for you:
We would like to thank the alliances in the former CIA for coming to aid to The Legion in its times of need . We were the first to be attacked, and would have been smashed badly if we stood in this alone there is no argument there. For that we thank you and remind you that if ever any of you would find itself in similar situation, you can count on our aid as well.
We will remember those that helped us, and on the side note, we will also remember those who abandoned us.
We are proud to have fought together with you.

Damn, I think I owe an alliance member something.... Had I but ascended at the weekend,. I said I could get to LVG +1 before the war ended., OH well.
Well done to all and good to see you can all be good sports especially after some of the posts I have seen during this whole thing and I dont come here often.
Good luck to all alliances that were involved in whatever your futures entail.

As far as I know we arnt staying togther, the BW Empire has left CIA, and it is dispanded.

Taxo, big enough threat that CIA would be recreated is in case another GA or CoP would be created and would annoy people...We don't have a problem if a few smaller alliances join together, anyway I hope u know what I mean...
