Well I sign it for DD/D12 now and like I said, unless struck first we will not strike during a time where both sides are rebuilding.

About the time frame of 7 days, it may be worth extending that as this war lasted about 75 days and some people will need more time, we don't want to start farming eachother a lot to only have this war happen all over.

I'll second the proposal to extend the 7 day period.
KGB proposes a 14 days unconditional ceasefire.

Will dicuss it within TL HC and if we are to extend it we will make a new offer give a time frame in which to sign it and in adittion to that all parties will have to sign it again...

DD/d12 you had this on these forums...you didnt sign it...and now you are asking this to be extended...I have no probs with the reasons as exactly those reasons lead us to make this thread.
But I am very interesting in why you are talking about this after the so called "extended ceasefire is about to end"

Will talk it through and let you know...so far read from Raven_s post you are not in the ceasefire.
THE decision whether to extend it or not will be accepted within next 24 hours (so that you wont wonder how long it will take us)

P.S. Tell mojo that with his size it doesnt take 100 days to get defence over 100 bils

Mister Mojo I am sad to annouce to you that the war is over... and that there are no peace agreements or something similar that would lure us away from your acount.
Mister mojo, you had over 100 bils of naq out...and less then 100 bils of defence (which I hope you have risen by now)
I hit you for naq...and you recieve a blessing...which is really good for you..but I tired again and naturally stole your naq because your defence no offence (sucked big time)
I however saw that your attack is 4times your defence..which is good for you...but is not helping you obtain your precious naq...
If you wish so...I will one day mass you on ascended...but only when I ll be actually capable and only if you will wish so...(or I ll be forced to) I am not into you mojo, TL is not into you...you are a nice guy and all but we are only into your naq...if you have more out that you can chew we may take it.
However mister mojo...if you see any of TL guys in your attack logs more then three times per week...or have a feeling that the guy is trying to deliberately farm you...I urge you to contact me via msn or via ingame or via personal visit or whatever...if found farming the guy will give back the naq and will be talked to

only a small percantage of the alliances involved in the war signed this... none that were the former CoP except for DD/d12 whick I think Raven had stated earlier that it was now too late...

are we hitting each other back and forth for naq yes
DDE would have not hit for some time asis our policy
but as the legion took inative and naq hit us first we will eturn the favor..

notice I do understand that both sides are doing naq hits for reasonable amount of naq in comparison to the defences had...

but no farming has been autthorized....

its back to game play as usual

any acts deemed to be provoking in nature will be dealt with as deemed appropriate

for now

It's not rocket science really. No, we don't have a ceasefire and I have no desire to sign this thread. However, I have told our members to take a little time and avoid farming CIA alliances since that will, in theory at least, help avoid us all going right back to war. Some feelings are still a bit touchy, as I've seen on this forum and it's simply a matter of giving our former enemies some time to decide how they wish to pursue their future relations.

You can call that bad tactics if you choose, it doesn't matter to me either way. There are already a handful of former CIA members who have seen fit to farm our members for absurdly small amounts of naq, apparently unwilling to let the war end. And we will deal with them soon enough. But to those who have kept a distance, I see no reason to go in and try to heat up a situation that has finally settled down.

While the Foundation of Evil will not be actively hitting anyone involved in the war, I also personally recognise that it is unreasonable not to expect someone who has like 40bil Naq out and hardly any defence to lose that Naq fair and square. That is one of the reasons I went to war- a fair deal both ways and as REK said, reasonable amount of Naq for the defences in place well business as usual- you deserve to lose it, if you don't want to build a bigger defence.

Also if anyone deems any action of the Foundation of Evil inappropriate ingame please contact Evil Empress Robe, Thufir_Hawat or myself please, I am sure a quick and reasonable solution will be found to any problem.

You misunderstood me, I wasn't 'asking' for an extension for us I was merely stating it may be wise to extend it to everyone who was in the war whether they sign it or not.

Adapt a 'Do not strike unless struck first attitude.'

For example my defence is over 100Bil, if I get farmed I wouldn't farm that persons alliance only him/her.

Like I said, I was asking for nothing only making a suggestion to stop this war happening over.

To sVarun, I would like to state that you appear in my attack logs three times. I would advise you to cease and desist all hostile activities against myself or any other DD/D-12 member. I have done NOTHING to you and/or your alliance, despite the nine massings that I received. If you want to rock the boat, then go ahead. But know this, my patience is at an end, and I will not put up with TL terror tactics anymore.

By the by, I have taken over the number one rank in ascension specifically to give you guys the maximum rank modifier you possibly can have to mass me. You have the numbers, you have the turns, you have the rank mod. I am ripe for the picking. Show me how superior you are. Or are you guys only as good as long as you have unlimited turns and can survive being one-trick ponies?
