how exactly would the mothership battles work then? maybe if the allied ms is stronger than the ms its sent to, to aid in battle, then the person who received the ally's ms should use that power to increase their own ms by...... 100%?

so all you have to do is make it so if player a sends mothership to player b and player c attacks player b then player a's mothership doubles the strength of player b's mothership ( i dont know maybe by linking them together but still only sending player b's mothership into the fight so the power from player a's mothership doubles the strength of player b's mothershiop)


also would one be able to determine who is aiding player b's mothership? in turn mass whoever player a is while their MS is busy??? such as in an alliance war

notice i said 100%, because once player b's mothership is massed down player a's mothership can no longer help.... 200% of 0 is still 0...

1 more thing, could player A travel to player B's realm instantly by use of a supergate in possesion of player A... (doesnt have to be a tech or even something you find in a planetary exploration mission, just something it says to explain how it got to player B's realm so fast). i doubt that supergate exploration mission thing would be added solely for getting to an ally's realm faster.... ( B: help, send me your ms please. A: ok but it will take 2 hours to get there.... ) :shock:

NO, the player's b mothership defence power adds to player A deffence a simply like that , like a fleet no special things or anyother rank stuff, this was the ideea in the begining and i still stay on this coz this way is fair for all
So no X2 player A ms atack or defence just player A ms + player B ms

Also: only 1 MS support, not the whole fleet...
Lets say 3 turns till it reaches aided realm, same for coming back...
Max 12 hours aid...
Max double the bigger MS power...
Aided account has to pay for the MS repairs, othervise MS will not return home...as it will not be able to :P
Aid once a week to the same player...
Aid once in 3 days (or the n00bs would spam inboxes of big boomers begging for help :D)

PS: How about alliance fleets? :-D

1.5 hours is too short to travel great distances...we are talking light years here

Don't agree...I think it could give it's own power or a fraction of it(ie. aid = ms power x 0.75-0.90)

I don't like this. What prevents people from saying they will use it and pay for it and not? I'd rather not have something for people to complain about.

I think tops aid being able to be given out once-twice a week for everyone

Or make it this way:
If a top players aids some1 the rank of the target must be at least 1/100 of helpers rank.. This way no rank 10k+ would use rank 1 MS against rank 2500 MS ;) He would be able to help only 100 and better, the target MSUT be able to protect himself and withstand the attack (I mean attack, not mass, noone can withstand that :D)

why not keepit simply ???
If player A whants to suport player B for 100 or 1000 days that must not metter it is his MS on the battlefield and player B will be charged for repair on players A MS wille it is in his realm
The cost for sending the Ms should be like 3 turns and the duration 24 hours . That way we cannot abuse of this think :)

If you make it so you cant update your MS while its away it would work alot better and stop ppl just using it to protect it.

HOW will he be charged? (I used to work in credit control and I know there's always problems with those things ;) ). Player B might not repair the MS, or might not have naq necessary for repairs.

that is the risk wich player A should think about it , ofcourse this measure has advantage and disadvantages for mostly player B :)
So if someone whants to be player B train a hell lots of miers :D to try to repair every MS that can come in suport that you need in chase of an atack upon your realm

how bout: 3 turns to get there, 24 hours support, 3 turns to return.
in a battle. ms 1 has 10 bil attk and 10 bil def. ms2 has 15 bil attack and 15 bil def. they make total of 25 bil attk and 25 bil def. ms3 (attacker) has wat ever. they just add the total power that its on. once the aiding ms gets more than 50 % damages, it can no longer aid them until repaired. the ms must b over 50% repaired to b able to return home. if they dont repair it within 24 hours of return time, naq taken out when ever they have it to repair, and auto send home.

I like it, maybe also make it so you can only send your MS to allies (the accounts on which you have declared peace and vice versa).
but i think the turn cost should be higher..
more like 100 turns in total for 24h MS support
