:D this is honorable playing exactly like this i was told to play the game by every great player i came across before getting warm in the game.

Apophis The Great i salute u and you're way to handle farming

And it is never the farmers fault that he took ur naq u left it out with out sufficient defense (and yes we were at war and bla bla bla) it is the way of the game if naq was off limit when a player was in war i think that game Admin who'd have made it untakeble like i sad 10 points to the enemy every time someone takes naq from u after getting ur def killed it was a war, war hurts and there will always be people that benefits form adders misfortune.
Live with it and enjoy the peace time new wars will come :)

Edit: o yee be glad the noobs took ur naq then it was less for the enemy

Generally I inform the the attacker that there is a war going on and not to hit any one on either side and I also include a forum link so that they don't get confused and into more trouble but if they insist in their attacks then its massing time once the war is finished or at the earliest opportunity.

didn't read even whole first post...anyway look... two vultures sabbed me and they weren't in war (I love personal log :smt054 :smt055 :smt049 :smt060 :smt118 ) and there were others out of war who farmed me, I sent them a message not to farm me since I am in war...they kept farming me...some even took my planets where it was clearly wroten that I am in war against CoP and attacks on me will result massing after the war...they even took my planets so...meh...their fault :P

ok this clearly is vultures and they probably deserve a little massing sens u got sabbed that is and act of aggression and need to be retaliated

I agree with what at least one other person said if you are a noob that doesn't want to get massed then don't hit someone that is clearly able to destroy you it wasn't until after I was a lg 2x that I even dared to hit an active player so I would say if they are willing to take the chance on hitting someone bigger then they pay the price for it.

Now this means a one time massing not sit on them tell they quit.

Sabbing is an act of aggression but attacking or raiding is not? I am not sure I follow your train of thought on that point.

I have not begun to hit back vultures. Eventually I will, but I am not a large player either so not to much to worry about. However, I will only retaliate on those I gave fair warning to, id est sent an ingame message. Lesson here is, you can do whatever you want, but there might be consequences.

I salute you for your good Spirit!

I think it is our responsability to learn ppl how this game is played, hit back when farmed is cool, but mass ppl without first exchanging a few blows or even worse "sit on people" without getting insults in the mailbox is just SO lame... we want more ppl to play sgw, not quitting because a few idiots "sit on" people for losing a few turns of production.. In a game, ppl should have FUN, not taking minor skirmishes so personal that they start bullying ppl for weeks.

If someone is constantly farming or takes the opportunity while you're account is weakened to sab/mass/raid/steal planet(s)/broadside your mothership, you're fully entitled and encouraged to take action back, regardless if there's a war going on.

Someone hits you, you hit back. Its physics.

However the actual labeling of a Vulture is something that i personally don't agree with. CoP/CiA were free to farm the server while at war with each other for quick resources. If they saw a big naq hit, like the intelligent and well trained players they are, they took it. Likewise, if they noticed someone made a lot of naq, they farmed.

Now reverse the situation. A non affiliated player (not necessarily smaller) see's a big naq hit. He may or may not get away with taking it as CoP/CiA were composed of the majority of the elite alliances ingame and would have either taken it on the chin or done something about it. If said player also realises that one player generates a lot of naq without the defence to keep it, he cannot take it. For unlike the people in the war, he'll be put on a list and have his account destroyed while they were free to farm each other and the server.

Now i understand that there were players that actively targeted CoP/CiA during the war with malicious intent, but for the vast majority of players that did strike, they simply saw a naq hit and took it.

Striking back is right. Labeling someone a Vulture based off double standards and anihillating their account isn't.

If hes too n00bish to even look his target over first then he gets what he deserves. If you see someone with 0 def a 250 bill strike and you take his naq then don't whine when you taste that strike is all I'm saying.

You have your opinion and I have mine. You can feel free to not agree with me but don't say its bull. I don't try to degrade you or your opinion mate. Don't try to degrade mine. Just disagree and state your opinion.
