my covert level is ranked 32 is that what your talking about as well as well over 1 billion in covert

If your covert is ranked 32 *which i doubt*, there should be...31 above you

my estimates say you'll need about 2,266,450,000Naq to get there by getting to spy levels and spys or 1,225,000,000 if you train 35,000 more spies
