mine is poor, and lord grant does that mean you can create a one man alliance. with yourself the leader and gain a bit of extra up?
You can make yourself your commander without being a alliance leader.
USUALLY however though you cannot have a commander if your a alliance leader. You can only get one if you have YOURSELF as a Co before you take command (It still boot's your old CO if you become leader. Only if you are your OWN commander does it stay)

lol..not very high raw like 11k, but I have 45k total with my planets. I still need to ascend this new account im in, so im not bothering to raise the UP massively high as im gonna get raped enough when I ascend (through losing supers to get the rank safely.)

Ascending with 11k raw damnit I've 34k and I still wait to get at least 50k raw to reascend (didn't ascend since may 2006 if I'm right, so I'm still a prior hehe!).
