I am all for allowing a transfer of goods from ascention to main, as for one thing, it will make a lot of players take ascention a lot more seriously, and benefit the players that have been building their account in ascention.

This is just my opinion

Every1 could chose to ascend or not to ascend knowing, that there will be sooner or later descencion. There was NEVER written, that ascended resources will be transfered to main. So why should change now? It was every1s choice to sacrifice so many resources, how much u wanted.

Those who decided not to ascend long time ago cause of the descencion thread would be in disadvantage. I think many of those ppl would actualy join ascended if they would know, that there will be somekind of conversion to main resources.

Mojo... if u would get 18T naq for 1T DMU... u would of have such a strong account no1 could touch u. What do u think forum would do? Put there a rank modifier + something to send away resurces and u would be there, where are u now on ascended. U would just sit there and u couldnt hit any1. It would be so boring... that u would sooner or later quit cause of the boredom in the game and no1 would of buy your account, cause it would be useless... even if it where rank 1 account

I do agree that ascension should be able to benefit main with resources, i even made my own suggestion thread about it. But 18tril naq for 1tril dmu? lets not get silly! You must make somewhere close to 2tril dmu a day now, correct? thats 36tril naq a day which is the equivalent to 750bil PER TURN. Now thats just absolutely ridiculous, maybe if there were a weekly or monthly cap to how much you could transfer from ascension to main and at a much, much, much lower rate, 18tril dmu for 1 tril naq maybe.

Like the idea, dislike the rates.

You kind of can transfer back anyway mojo... do a massive sell off of resources there. current rates are 10 bil main naq for 1 bil dmu, so go for it, planets will get a premium as well, lotta naq to be made, will also make the game more entertaining with resources spread everywhere.

Frist off. introduce the 1/10 trade error.
meaning it's 1tril DMU to 1.8 TRill Naq.

Second, a bonus based from ascension, or even better something that you have to upgrade in ascension to get you the bonus in main. Spend lifeforce and dark matter on it.

IT seems really reasonable.. but im sure someone will have a problem with this adjustment too.

Erm yes because 1tril dmu is too much except for funnily enough a few people including you 2. And you only get 1.8tril naq from it? Im not small on ascended but it would still take me more than 2weeks to save 1tril dmu. Waste of time.

I said this already tons of times you can go on and on with this it wont ever be fair. The ONLY way to make it work is that you can buy upgrades for main in %'s and as the upgrades go on they cost more and more but give less and less of a boost.

It looks like it would widen the gap between weak, and strong...

Yes, I know Sinister, Mojo, Mojo Rising, ETL, and TONS of others have worked there butts of in main, and ascended to be this powerful...

But, if this happens it will make new players, where they will never EVER catch you guys...

Hmm... thought on this a bit, no conversions back, only helps you guys, if you want to get some res from it sell your defence there or something and sell some dmu... I'm sure you can figure out a way to rebuild it quick eenought to stop any opportunists... you could also say something on the forums like for every bil of naq we get in main we'll put a bil into the ascended sw or something? be like a public auction, :lol:

Here is my suggestion: 1.) in order to participate in this plan, you forgo any further ascension attempts you may have (or may gain in the future).
2.) in the Cosmic Trade Screen, you will still be able to convert DMU into LF, but there will then be another key where you can convert LF into APP to transfer back to your main account.
3.) there is an exchange rate penalty if your ascension account size is smaller than your main account. Basically, the amount of APP converted into Naquadah is multiplied by your army size in ascension/army size in main (if ascension is less than main; sorry guys, no INCREASES are available if you are smaller in main than in ascension).
4.) This Naquadah can only be used by the account that it is transferred to. It will not be a cheap way to give or get resources for non-ascended accounts or accounts that have not completed all of their ascensions. People can still attack you for the Naquadah and might even succeed in stealing it but will be unable to use it as it vaporizes into the ethereal mist.

I believe this will fuel the ascension server and the ascension process on main. People will want to ascend now to be able to eventually transfer their resources back to main. And it is available to everyone. It's just that some people who ascended well have an advantage over the quick ascenders. And it is not overbalancing, as it doesn't give an overwhelming advantage in main.

we all know it's only half the truth, the other half is the reason why no one (except certain people) is able to progress in ascended no matter what effort you put into it.
and even if people would have put the same effort (main resources) into their accounts back then like mojo and sinister did they still wouldn't be more than maybe better-than-average accounts because of you-know-what
