Declare war doesnt mean much to me, if I felt like a war because he farmed me by all means hell yeah

I declare war whenever i farm someone. I get more naq that way. IF someone declares war back...I smash them instantly and completely.
So while they can declare war on me in response....They will not like the effect of said action.

ya but you get roughly get all of it anyway when neutral attacking..
The game is kind of back and my new friend has a 13 mil army size this might be fun..
