I'll make a topic to recruit Goa'ulds, while you recruit tokra.
No monopoly (here tokra recruit) can take place for long time, as competing (here, my Gao'ulds recruit) will always come a day or another!

Then we can make forum war No matter how you try to unite Goa'ulds. Snakes will never come together, your ego is way to strong to enable you cooporation in a team... Do whatever you want, but it won't matter in the end.

For both sides, I encourage that members identify their allegiance in their sigs. For example, using Teal'auc as an example, it would be
Host Johauna/Tok
`ra Symboint Teal'auc/
mod (sorry for messing around with the order Teal'auc. Just wanted to get the point across).
Just a thought to help draw the battle lines better
