Im more of a stat builder, lol. i dont get into wars, actually in my 20 months or so of playing the game i havent tried to get in a war with any1, i always use diplomacy so tht normally does the trick for me. so if i tick off the wrong person i know ill be massed, tht being said the ppl i would fear if i ticked them off would be:
Caprica (he doesnt like Tauri or asgard, and since im an asgard and i have Tauri in my name i better be careful, lol)
Apollo: seems like the type of person tht sticks up for his buddies, so if i accidently make one of them mad she might mass the crap outta me, lol
im sure there are lots of others but those are the ones tht i halfway know.

I fear no-one. I know there's so many players out there who can destroy my account but that's part of the game.
I keep to myself in this game and build off my own resources, that's until I reach my desired level, then I will begin to have a lot of fun

Fear... not so much
be wary of is closer to the point
I know im going to get hit, i know i can get massed on a whim if someone so decides.
But it is not go to slow me down, or paralyze me.

Someone clearly in the wrong who runs to powerful friends and that they either offer complete protection from retribution or help him by massing and reducing the person clearly in the right to rubble. Happens more often than you think 
So not a person to say but more of a principal. Rampant ingame injustice in that its not what you know or what you do that counts, its simply who you know and whose got bigger friends. Just like in the real world i guess

There is a difference between fear and healthy respect. I have a healthy respect for a few people out there, and a fear of no one.

It's a game....I don't fear anyone.
