At a cost of: 5,207,991,652,991,667 Naquadah

MS strike up to 500k volleys
Cost: 1,249,819,457,250,000 Naquadah
Cost with weapons included: 1,250,857,147,410,000 Naquadah

Ms def up to 500k sheilds
Cost: 1,499,826,161,625,000 Naquadah
Cost with shields included: 1,500,939,067,875,000 Naquadah

Buy up to 5mil fleet hangars
Cost: 125,000,017,181,250,000 Naquadah

Buy up to covert lvl 45
same for AC

Get myself 5 UP mind blowing planets with 2tril def on each
500k UP facilities for each
3 Income planets mind blowing making each 5tril naq/day
750bil def on each

Finally, buy like 750mil uu, put 75mil uu in def, 25mil in strike, 50mil in AC, 150mil in covert and rest for income.
And all of that after using half rest of naq to ascend until AG and get myself a top 3 spot in ascension, with rank 1 army size.

All into UP

I`d sell them for $$ at a special offer 1$/1trill and get 8 mill $$ .

Id invest it into 5 attack planets 5up planets and the rest into raw up of coarse the atk ones would have 200bil attack the up ones would have 200k each and all would have 600bil defense.
