25million army size is the cap. As I said, 24m masses 50m. 50m can't hit back because the 24m is in perg.

Yes I am in perg, but it is a nice spot to grow away from all the main BS that goes on. You can easily get free turns from a friend, free naq from a friend, free UU from a friend. Here in perg you have to get it all yourself. I mean there are indirect ways for someone to send you a resource once, but not in multiple quantities as if you constantly need naq for repairin' weapons.
It is easily capable of being massed in pergatory, I found out and some people have found out on the wrong end of my strike. But hey it takes ya a lot longer to save up the turns to mass someone so it will make ya think twice about who you really wanna hit.
See, I can be called a coward for going to pergatory during a war, but I was planning on going here anyway. There wasn't much to do in the war so I thought why wait. My mates said it was fine for me to go so I went. Now the opponent thought it was cowardly and I don't blame them, but they had men in pergatory that were capable of taking me out when I was in there at the start.
Now as far as I am concerned, I don't mind if people call me cowardly, it was just something I did. The war was a farm fest for people in main. But anyways. I am likin' perg, you are on on your own, it has turned the game into single player instead of being able to rely on an alliance for resources.

I misread your post I thought that you said the 50mil went to perg but I get what you mean. Do you disagree that it is a good spot for newbies to go when they first start if they dont know anyone however?

Maybe there should be a cap on army size so players that have got
huge in purg would be kicked out and leave perg for the smaller players.
Example I see 1 account that has over 33 mil army size in perg.

That's purgatory, this is pergatory.
It was a joke...

I just think purgatory is counter productive.

Depending on how your account is set up, it mostly is. I mean if you can't recieve any resources, then yea, you can only build yourself, and others can't help

Don't get me wrong, I think a certain degree of the account you build should be your own weight, but the fact that for example, in the DoC we have a couple of people eligible to get into purgatory but are still learning then game, we can't really help them in there - their turns disappear, they lose contact for the most part with the alliance and I'm a frustrated alliance leader because I can't get my subordinates to do as I'd like - hence why I've warned them that if they go into purg, it wouldn't be an awfully good idea to come back out.

An easy solution to that though is set up a team in pergatory and one in normal reality. Have the leaders of the two teams able to talk on MSN anytime anything needs to be concerned. Maybe have the 2nd in command in perg so messages can be sent both ways via PM to whole alliance if it isurgent.
Also MSN is a wonderful way to keep in contact

Its how FAHQ usually organizes strikes and such. But I can see what you mean, it is sometimes really hard to get people on at the same time to talk, and even for members to keep in contact.
The nice thing about pergatory, which is also one of its downfalls, is that you can't send resources. Also that you lose all your turns and the only way to acquire them is by per turn. It takes five days of that even to be able to escape and most of the time while over here, you would find a juice hit or three and then ahve to wait even longer to get back to norm

Why does everyone say pergatory?
I know what pUrgatory is, but is there anything real in reality that is called as well pergatory
