I would send back 20-30bil of it depending on how nicely he asked and from then on I would have him set to peace so I wouldnt really notice anything else about him

ah yeah but do you want a universe full of player just unprotected? just sitting there, no def, no clue? just for your raiding pleasure?
i am not talking bout one or two but the whole thing.
teach a few what to do, guide them, nurture them.. then they will be worthy adversaries in future battles..............
history is full of learning and enemies...
the history of old japan is very interesting...
