Anyway to make a maximum amount of naq out you can have. For instance, you can't have more than say......20 Trillion out at one time. You of course wouldn't want to put it too low so that legitimate players aren't disrupted from normal game activities related to ascending, etc, but also low enough where cheating hacks aren't major disruptions. Although, the one nice thing about these huge naq numbers is that the cheaters make themselves known quite apparently.

so the question becomes...why do they make it so obvious? hacking is hacking so why make it obvious? i dont even understand the point of hacking bug exploiting etc but...it would make sense to keep it on the low low, less chance of getting caught right?

well noone said they were smart but does it ever occur to them to not make it so obvious? or is that the point, to make it obvious and get attention?

Would you rather admin has not been so through in his investigations? Would you rather he has possibly overlooked a hacker, who could have then come along and deleted the entire databasem includeing your account, everyone elses account the entire game ? Or would you rather have the inconvienience of a few days banned? What was your unit production and income at the time ,i will send it to you if it bothers you so greatly that the game should be protected...

As for the hacking.

im refering to players coming on to this forum and then flat out accusing people of cheating or hacking or being part of what a hacker is doing.

or in my case someone sent me a PM accusing me of harboring a "cheat" (admin found they were not cheating) while i hadnt been on since the alleged cheating had occured. basically they asked me how much longer i was going to harbor a cheat. this A) shows they assumed i knew about it (i did not) and B) assumed that i was condoning it (i did not). in fact i sent that person TWO PMs asking them to help me figure out what was going on because all that had occured at a time when i wasnt on so i had no clue what was going on. their response? NOTHING! i guess they just wanted to make accusations and run off instead of helping people like me figure out what was going on so i could help admin if possible.

after reading a thread that was 30 pages i booted the person in question just in case they did knowingly break the rules and even disbanded my alliance lest anyone think i was ok with the alleged actions.

of course even after the person who was in my alliance wasnt banned but merely rolled back by admin as jason had felt that the player didnt knowingly do any wrong. what bothers me is the fact people seem quick to cry cheater and then refuse to even say "ok i was wrong, i shouldnt have made the accusation when i didnt know all the facts." and yet when i bring this up im accused of whining yet noone seems to find anything wrong with accusing people of things before everything is sorted out by admin. its weird that its whining when i think people should wait for facts to be sorted out and admin to make his decisions before people go dragging other players names through the mud yet nothing is said when accusations are thrown around while the accusers know next to nothing except what they can see as a player.

Ane one person accused you of something then? SO what? Who where they? Mass them, pffft, dont worry about someone accuseing you of something if you know for a fact it wasnt you and you have been prooved innocent.

Bringing it up all the time will only agitate people however...

Forget about the past, Its happened, The Future will bring whatever it brings, Glorey? Deletion? Skynet? lol Worry about the here and now in sgws, the past is forgotten easily if you let it, and im sure youd be happier without people going around saying "blah blah your talking about that thing again lalala" etc etc....

unfortunately its a rather big player well known on the forums. so any recourse i have is nil.

and i brought it up because someone else brought up the banning of innocent players. i figured it's as bad as accusing people of things they didnt do especially since the accusers more often than not are just other players who dont know all the facts.

It becomes whining when you feel you need to make that point every time something remotely similar comes up. One person said something to you so we all need to hear you moan and whine all the time about it, get over it, nobody even cares who you are...

Comes up with quite a few forums of players requesting hacks or bugs for stargatewars...
