buck wrote:So, I've been designated to start giveing cooking, lessons, this week, why not try CHILLI (the buck way...)

You will need :

A Large frying pan with a little oil in it.
A big wooden spoon
A large amount of beef mince
A tin of beans
A tin of chopped tomatoes (the tin is due to the tomato sauce it has in it)
A tin of kidney beans if you want (though they ditract from the spice)
Large amounts of paprika, Chili powder and Cumin.

Method :

In a large pan Fry the mince for 5-10 mins or until all brown, Dont change to anouther pan, the meat juices make for a far nicer texture later on.

Add the tomatoes, and possibly some tomatoe puree if feeling in a tomatoey mood (although this turns it a strange orange colour). Stir for about 2 mins so the tomatoes are all in with the mince and starting to cook abit, Then add Alot of paprika and cumin, However much you want, though i tend to go crazy shakeing them both for about 50 seconds....Make sure theres more paprika than cumin though, as the paprika is key.

Now, while that is simering away, simply open the beans can, and pour quite a bit of chili powder in it, then mix around with a knife, Then pour into the pan and mix around the pan until its all together , then add some more paprika, chili powder and cumin, Let simmer for about 5-10 mins, there should be alot of chilli juice by now, take a small spoon and taste the juice, if its hot enough for you, let simmer for anouther 5 mins then proceed to dish it out, if not feel free to add more cumin, chilli powder or paprika, i useually do this, Ensure the food is really really hot and make sure its all bubbleing when you come to serve it out the pan, so you know its all cooked and the flavours are combined.

If you wish to you can make some rice to go with it, or "french fries" aka chips, though i find its MUCH nicer on its own.

To make the chilli less hot simply dont add so much cumin.
I find the more paprika, the more tasy :D

Now, go and cook, next week il show you how to make something equally as studenty and delightfully tasty!

DG: I tried it... It was a tad bland .. So I decided to add a few Ho Chi Ming peppers ... I WAS DYING BUT IT WAS GOOD :-D

Re: Cooking with buck...

a slightly crazy method for getting fed... (we appologize if anyone feel offended by this barbaric feeding type...)

you need:
1 set of sharp teeth (preferably your own, or some other person's)
1 rather living animal (type doesnt really matter, but neither elephant, rhinoceros, whale, nor shark is adviced)
1 length of rope or such to keep the animal in place
optional:
1 tranquilizer or mallet to knock animal senseless

procedure:
use teeth to bite the animal, then eat the animal, one bite at a time...
but it isnt adviced to eat the intestines or the skeleton (if there is a skeleton), as those arent neccesarily tasty...)

----------------------------------

meal type 2:

you need:

somee humans
several dosages of the Iratus bug retrovirus

procedure
inject yourself with enough of the retrovirus to turn yourself into a wraith
feed on the humans
