but you still loose your 10% incoem boost you get from not having a commander. so the up has to have a certain minimum size relative to your income for this to be worth it

more than 10% bonus income - yes - all members

Lol ... I suggest you try it first. As everyone here involved in one I can tell you there are real benefits from it .... especially for someone your size.
If you would spy on one of the people involved in a circle you should understand.
