Daedalus will still be occuring in Atlantis, as will the Apollo, i read an episode where there both in atlantis at the same time on a mission
but i wont spoil unless you ask me to

In episode 2 they nick a ZPM from the replicators...as Weir pwns the replicators

Season 4 has been ok so far but not great.
