You understood correctly. Just as he didn't think that people would buy 10 10 bil attack planets and mass down all of omega's defences without any further cost that made him do another update. If he'd see a few or just one person doing what i suggested he'd make a new update that when you reach whatever army size you get sent out of perg.
Officially it would work, in reality if someone tried it out, most likely he'd fail miserably.

so, if u look for a quiet moment, in case of hard rl issue, i really enjoy u to come in purg.

dont imagine u'll be the only one to have sell uu to enter purg, there is alot of people who did it. Planets arent more safe in purg than in main cause alot of people who have sold uu have boost MS with a part of the naq.

We arent safe, as DD or TL arent safe in main. Anyone can be massed anytime, we all know that. And planets arent more difficult to mass.

if u want to post against an unbalanced realm, take a look at ascended stats of top 3...

With my current planets i'd be able to make 7-8 of them to 100k up per day.
Though by then i wouldn't bother getting a defence on them. I'd be just buying an uas each week for myself

good question why... maybe because some would then mass you down, and raid you? since the production from a 1m UP would be hard to defend...

but anyway, as urogard told it, anyone can enter the purg by selling UU. so, where is the problem ? some of us just took a different path than your one...

Eventaully there will be enough powerful people in perg, they will be booted and perg will be perged of all the big players once more.

people in perg aren't safe. load up a few players in your alliance with a massive UP, MS, defence, attack and then send them in. If somebody messes with you and runs in there you can totally destroy them because they can't ppt unless they ascend or spend $! you have around 5 days where they have nowhere to hide muahahaha.

so if some account gets into perg that is 50mil, 100mil because of their up

1) planets untouchable via USS purchase, whether i'm in main or perg. I could have 0 def on all of my planets. I'd keep them forever

buy 6 months up front? that'd be around 2.5mil uu*4*6=60mil uu and ur set for half a year lol. sell the rest of your uu then go in there! u want it, go get it. i don't think the admin will change it for a very long time.

Exceptional idea. Like others said, you can become untouchable once you get to a certain size in perg. And i can't see how you'd be slowed. You can put all your Naq in to UP, and grow and grow . . . Either, inform the person that they have a week to leave or be booted when over 25 million, or, enforce a 2x as powerful plague, as this would force those larger players to move out to keep growing.

yeah Sarevok that's what i was thinking, double strength plague at 100mil, normal strength at 75mil and no raiding at 50mil.
