I actually have a higher AC level then STI?!
WHAT THE HELL!!!!
Me = level 29 AC

I have covert 28 and AC 27.
Seems to work ok for me but soon level 30 will be my target

got level 28 covert and 26 anti, but over the next month I do plan to increase them by 2 level each

since we're all comparing
ive only got 26 each.
they really aren't that bad to upgrade still, with less then a week's income i can afford the next level and I'm only a prophet.

killy has covert lvl 30. not sure,i've read bout it somewhere on this forum..dunno where lol...
as for highest covert lvl..i think sti has the highest one yes...and i know at least 2 that have 30/30.
i have 24 covert lvl atm.

Mine is 28.. and has been for ages. It was quite impressive when I first got it (honest, haha!) but I've left spy levels alone recently whilst I concentrate on UP.
Guess it's time to crank it up a notch.

Just because you get more out of AC lvls doesnt mean you have to put less into it. Unless you are a perfectionist and like to have everthing equal. Buts it's not a big deal. People can do what they like.
4million spies on spy level 30 can be ACed by 4mill AC units on AC level 28. If you're normally ACing people in that range, no need to go higher.
