Well this topic is about nemisis not about how much you farm/raid ATs each weeks, so it's a little on topic...
So explaining reasons why you select *insert name* as nemisis can be ok, I think?
Not to mention it's revelation of something from the shadows that almost noone knew before.

We have no need to backtrack anything as it didnt happen yet.Yes jason coded it allready but its not implented yet and will not be implented. Like i said get youre facts straight

How can people not findout when its over the entire forum allready lol? Youall think you know so well whatsgoing on. Yesmaybe in the forum but do realise mods talk about things in irc and msn to. We discussed it and we decided to decline it case closed those are the facts that matter.out

I find myself agreeing. I have little to no problem with custom titles. In my opinion they look just like officer titles. But extra crap that gives them an ingame advantage(even if it is small)...not happy.

If you guys read the mods seemingly are attempting to get that ingame advantage retracted. Look, people, the titles are a problem sure. Their annoying and as I said harsh to the players who attempt to make the community better without getting the benefits of modship.

Now mods might get hate mail but frankly so do we all. We've all gotten the message about how your family will die a painful death by the great uberl337 player! Everyone gets it, thats the internet, thats the cost of anonymity. However ETL going all out on the mod's is also unacceptable if he truly had a problem with it he could have been a little concise and considerate. PM a mod AND make a topic whatever, however abject flaming is really unacceptable.

This forum is filled with WAAYYY too much drama from those "Supposed cheat" fights, the whole Mod problems, the spam problems, the ingame problems, the Omega problems, the evil evil CoP problems. When the hell did this turn into Survivor Stargatewars are we all going to sit around a campfire and start voting out updates and players in a dramatic weekly episode?

well, i guess all of this can be summed up in:

teaulc, a mod, insulted a player, replijake, she did wrong, really wrong, cause it was not just one time, so she should be banned too

etl came talking about that, and what it seems he broke the forum rules also, so got banned for it

and now the discussion is about the extra mt, ofc im completly agaisnt it, and i know some mods are also, and i hope admin does not do this, im ok with the little titles, but advantage ingame thats just wrong.

so to solve this i think, teaulc should be banned also, and apologize, cause it doesnt matter how u feel about a player, what u did is against the forum rules, and a mod should know that better then anyone else done its that simple

This is pure bullsh*t why in the world do mods get a extra MT ffs, they volunteered to do it if they don't want to spent time on it they shouldn't do it at all.
Id be glad to see it removed asap, The text line is nothing im bothered with but the extra MT hell noo

What's wrong with the titles? I don't get it. It's just some words.

Well my 2 cents.

I am a mod and I didnt even know about this until I saw the thread on Bucks name. I personaly do think mods deserve alittle something for all the crap the general public seems to throw at us (Some deserved, some not). Either way we give up our time with our R/L's and game time to try to do something for the community so I do feel we deserve some recognition ingame for it.

The titles were nice, I like them even tho I haven't changed mine. As for the MT I do feel that was too much. No ingame advantage should be offered as that leads to mods who do it for the advantage, not for the good of the community.

@ Antius, I myself did not sign up for being a mod, I did not ask to be a mod, I was asked because of the sheer lack of unbiased able body applicants. I was honored to be asked to be a mod, even tho I am one of the lowest ranked and have practicly no power (All I can do is delete closed market threads), I am still honored to be a member of a group who tries to give back to the community.
