GeneralChaos wrote:The problem is warning are thrown around for any reason now, and have no meaning, the don't disrespect a mod is a classic, I think mods should have 2 accounts one to talk to the community and one to mod with.

Reason for this, some mods and its happened in the past, will be replying to a topic of say an alliance war, ( but not as a mod but as a player ) and when someone replies to them and they don't like it, they throw the mod hat on and say your disrespecting me, so here have a warning, get it together people.

Buck i have a fair bit of respect for you but

Oh and a final word, If you have a problem with the forum, then leave and dont come back, because all your doing is adding to the problem, its childish thinking "ohhh der forum isnt what i want it to be waaa waaa im going to go around sewing seeds of destruction waaa waaa" Pathetic. Ive had quite enough of it, and if you choose to push it youl be banned.

Yes there are some that are here to cause trouble, but what you saying here is, for the people who are pointing out a problem, they should leave, and not come back ( this solves nothing, 1000 people may see the problem but only 1 will speak up about it ), and the reason for this 1 person only speaking up, is what you already said, if they push it, they get banned, enough said.......

u misunderstand, i want the people who want to help to help, i want the people who are only causeing trouble to go, my mistake should have made it more clear, this thread is aimed at trouble makers, not good doers who want something positive :)

I agree, those that are just here to cause problems and division between the forum should leave. If your here, you have to listen to the people who run the place. Nuto, you were one of the first mods that really bugged the **** out of me, if you don't have anything positive to say, just be quiet.

From the looks of it people are getting the wrong end of Bucks stick (LOL) I dont think he is trying to say people cant have freedom of speech and what not, just that those who cause trouble for troubles sake are not welcome.

I could be wrong, old Buck could be trying to supress free speech  lol

Knowing Buck, I believe that is what he is saying, don't cause problems just to be a trouble maker.

Why don't y'all just have a big war then eat some cake!?

mods vs admins for control of forums :-D That would be sweet.

there are a lot of grumpy people ouside the spam temple, you people need to breathe or get high or drunk or something. war games tend to bring out peoples aggression but thats no excuse to let it spill everywhere (except for the proper forum areas)

I guess I should give some regard to remaining partial, considering my own appointment to moderate the communities boards, but none the less I'm going to speak my mind, in the good old manner of free speech.

There is one particular forum member, who knows who she is that is currently causing a collective stir, for, from what I can see, no other reason than to keep herself amused and to spread some seeds from the old sour grape tree. It is no coincidence that this stuff came about moments after Buck gave me a trial on the old moderation business. As our trouble maker no longer plays the game, what other reason do we have for said person to actually be interested in the forums, other than to try and get one over on Buck? It's sad, it's lonely and it's certainly desperate.

The good grace to address a personal issue face to face is a quality worth having. Using a forum to stir it is not on.

(And please stop spamming Gentlemen - that goes for you TOO Buck! ;))
