I make a fake account in the name of a well known player, and offer uu/naq for $$, i set up a paypal account in the name of xx player, they send $$ and lo and behold scam

admin goes told ya see what I mean

I would ask that this sorta of thing get stopped before it starts otherwise people wont come to the forum anymore

People make fake accounts all the time. Every time a big war appears about 2-3 new faceless accounts are made and about 5-10 others reappear from past wars. Given, that is for slightly different purpose, usually propaganda, but it is also usually done to get other people angry without repercussions. Chances are that is what this person is doing. Manipulating the rules to annoy people. I can't say I approve, but it isn't new, and there really are no rules to prevent it now. Gota love karma.
