Ofcourse i'm still growing at 40mil per turn, and am currently at 3.3 bil planets.

but my Fleets are 225000, and charisma is 850. and my up is 38mil ARG

Ofcourse what it really means is i can be massed MANY MANY times, and get my HUGE up back to build me back up.. Tempted to go and waste 1.2 bil planets just to see my up high again.

Untrain 1.2 billion planets and let the server gang bang your account

his army size is growing faster then mine! ( aka UP) must therefore be higher/

i got it... he cried enough that his tears rained down onto his keyboard... there then was a jolt of electricity passed through his computer and onto the ascended server.... he was updating his UP at the time and as such gained 6 billion army.... i could be wrong but hey it could happen.

I would guess that he has less total planets, so is not being hit by the caps as heavily as you are, and the caps are added in before ranks get calculated. As his army size increases and the cap affects him more you will overtake him again (assuming i am not talking BS )

maybe there is a bug whereby if you dont log in, you dont experience the drop in CER?

I think he is referring to the development server. Indeed, I have not logged on in some time. There really is no point to playing the development server now that the updates in the regular server are in place. I don't know why everyone is so up in arms about the development server. It's not as if Jason listens to the playtesters there anyway.
