I guess it really depends on how "low" you mean by low ranked.

I cannot and will not tell any name or ID, because that would be somehow imoral and against the rules.
By "low" i mean raiding mode. Anyone whoever raid can guess what is the common rank for raiding.
I guess Apollo`s version might the right one. But why would an old player change his name if he had problems with his account? The most recent player that had this problem is Zeta, but he kept his ingame name.
